Which methods of payment are accepted?

You can pay in the I-Motion Shop using payment in advance, Sofortüberweisung/Giropay (online bank transfer), credit card (MasterCard/Visa) and PayPal.

What postage costs are there?

We ship to Germany and abroad. You'll find details of our postage costs in our Shipping Charges overview.

Do you also accept international orders?

Items ordered can be delivered to the following countries outside Germany:

Can I use my credit card without any risk?

Shopping in the I-Motion Shop is very safe. Our security server encrypts the information to make sure that your transactions are private and protected.

Can I return items I have ordered?

You can return articles you have bought within 14 days of receipt (except for tickets). You can only return items that have not been worn or washed. Of course you can try on the articles like in a normal shop. We only take back data carriers, such as CDs, if the plastic wrapping and/or the seal is undamaged. When returning an item please make sure you include your address, what you would like the item exchanged for, and your bank details for any refund.

Which address should I use for returning items?

If you would like to return or exchange any goods you have purchased (tickets excepted), please pack the parcel carefully and send it to the following address:

Who pays for the postage costs of returning an item?

Please put enough stamps on the parcel to cover the postage. The refund will be reduced accordingly if goods are returned unstamped. The I-Motion Shop will pay for the postage costs of the items being sent in exchange.

How can I get my money back?

We will refund the purchase price of the goods you return. The postage costs already paid will not be refunded, however. Please give your bank details when returning goods. Refunds for goods returned will normally be credited to your account within one week.
