Shipping Charges
Shipping: We use the DHL parcel service for shipment. If you are not at home when the first attempt at delivery is made, a card notifying you of the time when delivery was attempted will be left in your letter box. The second attempt at delivery will be at the same time on the following day. A total of three attempts will be made to deliver your order.
If it is not possible for you to take delivery of your order at the address given at one of the times, you can telephone the DHL (the number is on the notification card) to arrange a new time or place of delivery.
Shipping Charges within Germany:
1. Payment in advance:
Orders are paid for in advance. As soon as we have received the full invoice amount giving the order number (reason for payment), we will dispatch the order. The information required, such as particulars of our bank account, order number etc., are detailed in our e-mail acknowledging your order.

2. Cash on delivery:
The order will be shipped two days after receipt of your order. The invoice amount is paid on delivery of the order.
Shipping charges per order: EUR 12.95
In addition to the shipping charges, the bank is asking for a return-fee of EUR 2,00, which also needs to be paid in the moment of delivery of the order.
3. Paypal The order will be shipped two days after receipt of the money. You will be redirected to our secure payment page when you place an order to enter your PayPal account data.

4. Mastercard/VISA
The order will be shipped two days after receipt of the order. The total amount will be displayed as “I-MOTION GMBH“ on your credit card invoice. After placing your order, you are automatically redirected to either one of the websites Verified by VISA or Mastercard SecureCode for securely processing your payment by credit-card.
